Comexi flexo presses are designed to meet the needs of the medium to large print run of flexible packaging. High automation of all the main modules of printing machines allows to ensure control and stability of printing performance throughout the entire run.

The Esko XPS Crystal laser engraver produces flexo plates using HD Flexo and Full HD Flexo technologies up to 1200x900 mm in size. The maximum degree of process automation ensures the best possible insert quality with a high and consistent repeatability.

For the production of flexographic printing plates, an EVO 3A unit is used. This equipment is the largest among all-in-one devices. The plant includes a separate pre-wash section that functions as a production line: pre-wash, wash, clean, wipe.
